CRIME OF THE WEEK for February 8th, 2019

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a…..

                                                   – Break and Enter

– Theft

On January 12th 2019, the Brandon Police Service received a report of a Break and Enter which had occurred in a residential building in the 1500 Block of Rosser Ave. Upon speaking with the complainant, it was learned that suspect(s) had forced entry into three garage bays by prying open the overhead doors. Two other garage bays were also entered but the entry method into these is yet to be determined. Once inside the bays, the suspect(s) proceeded to rummage through the vehicles inside the garages and steal various articles from these vehicles. Home owners reported that items such as hand tools, ice fishing equipment and snowmobile equipment had been stolen from inside their garage bays. This Break and Enter occurred sometime between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM on January 12th, 2019. 

To date, Police have not been able to identify any suspects responsible for this Residential Break, Enter and Theft.
