“Vehicle Fire”

On June 18, 2015, around 3:40 AM it was reported a 2004 Range Rover truck was fully engulfed in flames in the 1700 block of Highland Ave. Video surveillance showed people going through the vehicle then leaving just prior to the fire starting. SUI.
