CRIME STOPPERS WANTED” for: May 11th,  2018

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating this person who is:

“WANTED BY POLICE”

Mark MESSING ( 33 years of age )

                                                           

– Breach of Recognizance X3

 – Fail to Comply with Probation Order

                                                           

                                                           

 

On February 1st 2018, Mark MESSING entered into a Recognizance before a Provincial Court Judge after being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Breach of Recognizance and Breach of Probation. As part of this Order, MESSING agreed to abide by a set of release conditions including to reside at an address in Brandon, Observe a Curfew of 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and to answer the door during curfew checks. On May 4th 2018 at approximately 1:00 a.m., Police conducted a curfew check and MESSING was not home thus in Breach of the Recognizance conditions. It is further alleged that Mark MESSING failed to report to Probation as directed between March 19th and May 4th 2018.

A Warrant of Arrest for Breach of Recognizance X3 and Fail to Comply with Probation has been issued for Mark MESSING.

Attempts have been made by Police to locate the suspect which have met with negative results.
