On August 22, 2023, Olga LIVINGSTON was the operator and in possession of a stolen a
vehicle. Police have been unable to locate and arrest LIVINGSTON for her involvement. A
warrant of arrest has been issued for Olga Anna LIVINGSTON as her whereabouts are unknown
at this time.
