On February 28, 2020, BARCELLONA walked into a business in the 100 block of Victoria Ave east and selected two Playstation 4 controllers from the shelf and proceeded to exit the store making no attempt to pay for the items. A store employee followed BARCELLONA out of the store and asked him to return however he continued to flee the scene.  When the employee looked inside the shopping cart that BARCELLONA was pushing, there were empty packages that contained the controllers.
