The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating this person who is:

“WANTED BY POLICE”

        Steven Alexander GERVAIS (22 years old )

FOR

  – Unauthorized possession of a Prohibited Weapon

 – Fail to Comply with Probation Order X2

 – Possession for The Purpose of Trafficking

  – Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

 – Theft Under $5000

 – Breach of Undertaking

On June 7, 2019, GERVAIS was arrested in relation to a traffic stop that was conducted by the Brandon Police Service and found to be in possession of 167.3 grams of Methamphetamine and set of brass knuckles. GERVAIS was also in breach of condition contrary to his probation order that was set upon him by the courts.

On July 24, 2019, GERVAIS was found by the Brandon Police Service to be in possession of a stolen motor vehicle that was also involved in a gas drive away. GERVAIS was found to be in breach of his probation order again at this time.

Attempts have been made by Police to locate the suspect which have met with negative results.
