The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating this person who is:

“WANTED BY POLICE”

Kelly Scott HILDEBRAND (32 yrs old):

It is alleged that on June 21, 2016 a suspect attended a business in the 600 Block of 18th Street North where he took an item off of the shelf and attended to customer service where he then returned the item receiving store credit valued at $300.00. The incident was captured on video surveillance and the suspect was arrested and released to attend Court. On December 23, 2016 the suspect Failed to Attend Court to face the charge of Fraud. Attempts have been made by Police to locate the suspect which have been met with negative results. A Warrant of Arrest for Fraud Under $5000 and Fail to Attend Court has been issued for Kelly Scott HILDEBRAND.
