CRIME STOPPERS WANTED” for: July 14,  2017

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating this person who is:

“WANTED BY POLICE”

 Shane Bradley FITZSIMMONS ( 30 years of age )

                                                – Impaired Driving

                                                – Drive Over 80mg%

                                                – Fail to Comply with Probation Order

 On January 20th, 2017 at 8:42 p.m., Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle displaying expired registration.  The suspect, Shane FITZSIMMONS was the operator of the vehicle and did not have a valid driver’s license. FITZSIMMONS displayed signs of Impairment and was arrested and transported to the Brandon Police Service. FITZSIMMONS provided samples of his breath which were in excess of the legal limit. FITZSIMMONS was charged with Impaired Driving and Drive Over 80mg% and was released to attend Court on January 26th, 2017. It is also alleged that between May 30th, 2016 and May 30th, 2017 that FITZSIMMONS failed to comply with a condition of a Probation Order by completing community service work. Shane Bradley FITZSIMMONS has failed to appear in Court to deal with these matters and a Warrant has been issued for his Arrest.

Attempts have been made by Police to locate Shane Bradley FITZSIMMONS which to date have met with negative results.
