The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating this person who is:

“WANTED BY POLICE”

Dustin James Ray ROSE (39 years old)

FOR

Fail to stop motor vehicle when being pursued by police

Dangerous Driving

Possession of property obtained by crime

Fail to comply with release order X3

Possession for the purpose of trafficking

On January 26, 2020, police became engaged in a pursuit of a stolen vehicle being operated by ROSE that continued south of Brandon into the municipality of  Prairie Lakes. ROSE was arrested at the termination point of the pursuit.

August 14, 2020, ROSE was identified as a passenger in a taxi and was known to be bound by a 24 hour curfew. Upon arresting ROSE for breach of release order, he was found to be in possession of a large amount of Methamphetamine, a can of bear mace and cash. He was lodged in cells to appear before the courts.
