Fail to Comply With Undertaking

On February 21, 2019, the Brandon Police Service executed a search warrant was executed at EDWARDS’ residence where multiple electronic devices were found to have explicit images involving children. EDWARDS was arrested and release on strict conditions. He has since failed to appear before the courts on these charges, therefore a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
