FOR

Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose

Possess a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking

Fail to Comply with Release Order X 6

On September 7, 2020, members of the Brandon Police Service attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a motor vehicle where HERCINA was a passenger in. The driver failed to stop and a pursuit was initiated. After the pursuit had ended, HERCINA was found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine as well as axe. HERCINA was also in breach of numerous conditions of various release orders.
