Sexual Assault, Invitation to Sexual Touching, Administer Drug with intent to commit Indicatable Offence
On September 24th, Donald SPENCE was arrested for historical sexual offenses alleged to have occurred between 1997 and 1998. On November 1st, 2021, he failed to attend court to answer to the charges. At this time his current whereabouts is unknown and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
