Assault Cause Bodily Harm, Fail to Attend Court
In August 2018, Derek DANIELS was arrested and charged for Assault Cause Bodily Harm in relation to an incident where he assaulted a 56 year old male in a parking lot. On November 4th, 2021, DANIELS failed to attend court in relation to the charges. At this time his current whereabouts is unknown and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
