Jessica Joan LEBLANC (27 years old)

FOR

Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle

Failing to Attend Court

On April 9th 2020, LEBLANC was operating her motor vehicle southbound on first street north through the s-curves when she lost control and struck the guardrail fencing causing significant damage to the rail itself and her motor vehicle. LEBLANC was found to be highly intoxicated and provided breath samples to police to confirm her level of intoxication. LEBLANCE was released from police custody on an appearance notice however she has failed to appear for court.
