CRIME STOPPERS WANTED” for: October 27,  2017

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating this person who is:

“WANTED BY POLICE”

 Jason Babes STAR  ( 21 years of age )

 – Sexual Assault

 – Robbery with Violence

 – Carry a Concealed Weapon

– Breach of Recognizance

 It is alleged that on July 11, 2015, that the suspect Jason Babes STAR committed the offence of sexual assault against a female victim. After committing the offence, the suspect then forcefully held the victim down and stole her cell phone. The suspect was arrested for Sexual Assault and Robbery in April of 2016. During the arrest, the suspect was found to have a switch blade knife concealed on his person. Jason Babes STAR was lodged a the Brandon Correctional and later released on a Recognizance to attend Court on October 19th, 2017 to face these charges. The suspect failed to attend Court as required and a Warrant was issued for his Arrest.

Attempts have been made by Police to locate Jason Babes STAR which to date have met with negative results.
