The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating this person who is:
“WANTED BY POLICE”

Desmond Luke Henry RATTRAY age 25, is charged with Sexual Interference and Fail to Attend Court X2. Police report between the dates of November 14th, 2013 and December 25th, 2013, a male allegedly allowed a 14 year old female who was a runaway from a Foster Home stay at his residence. While there the male had sexual intercourse with the female. The accused was arrested and released, however failed on two occasions to attend court. A warrant of arrest has been issued for Desmond Luke Henry RATTRAY.
