Careless Use of a Firearm

Possession of Controlled Substance

On June 22, 2020, while high on cocaine and consuming alcohol, HAMPSON went onto his exterior balcony of the apartment complex where he lived and fired a round from a 12 gauge shotgun into the air. Upon searching HAMPSON incident to arrest, a quantity of cocaine was found on his person. HAMPSON has failed to appear for his court appearances for these charges.
