On May 10th, 2023, a male entered a business located in the 900 block of Victoria Ave. Once
inside the male stole items and walked out of the business without paying for the merchandise.
The suspect was captured on video surveillance that is attached to this release.

Matthew BOUTILIER
FOR
Assault with a Weapon, Forcible Confinement, Unlawful in a Dwelling House &; Party to the Offence of Sexual Assault
On April 29th, 2023, Matthew BOUTILIER entered his ex girlfriends residence without her
permission and assaulted her with a pair of scissors. While in the residence, a male unknown to
police arrived and BOUTILIER directed him to sexually assault his ex girlfriend. Police have
been unable to locate and arrest BOUTILIER for his involvement. A warrant of arrest has been
issued for Matthew Micheal BOUTILIER as his whereabouts are unknown at this time.

On May 3rd, 2023, at approximately 3:45 A.M. a male carrying a backpack, wearing a dark blue
hoodie and black pants smashed the glass front door of a Brandon business, located in the 700
block of Victoria Ave East. The suspect caused damage inside the business and stole cigarettes
before fleeing. The suspect was captured on video that is attached to this release.
