On October 18th, 2024, Colin PELLETIER was caught on video surveillance stealing
merchandise from a business located in the 900 block of 18 th Street North. At the time of the
theft, PELLETIER was on a Probation Order not to attend the business. PELLETIER’s
whereabouts are unknown, therefore a warrant of arrest has been issued for Colin PELLETIER.

On July 11th, 2023, Raj PATEL was operating a motor vehicle while impaired and fled from
police to avoid arrest. PATEL was arrested and released, however has failed to attend court. A
warrant of arrest has been issued for Raj PATEL as his whereabouts are unknown at this time.

and lit a pile of clothes on fire inside the front door. MOUSSEAU was located at the residence,
arrested and released, however has failed to attend court, therefore a warrant of arrest has been
issued for Melvin MOUSSEAU.

On April 11th, 2024, as part of an ongoing investigation, Police conducted a search warrant at
Francesca HOULE’s residence. Police located Cocaine and drug trafficking paraphernalia along
with cash and weapons. HOULE was arrested and released, however has failed to attend court,
therefore a warrant of arrest has been issued for Francesca HOULE as her whereabouts are
unknown at this time.
