Assault with a Weapon

On the night of February 13th, 2026, at 11:32 p.m., BPS officers were called to a business in the 1200 block of 18th Street after a report that three people had been bear-sprayed by two unknown individuals. The suspects had fled the scene and the incident remains under investigation.
