common area of a property in the 3400 block of McDonald Avenue. Video
footage was reviewed showing Terrance KIMBALL as the suspect involved. He is

enter instruments. KIMBALL’s whereabouts are unknown at this time, please

On October 24, 2023, PRINCE was positively identified thru video surveillance
stealing a bicycle from a Brandon High School. PRINCE used bolt cutters to cut
the lock and then rode away on the bike. PRINCE was on a Release Order and as a
result of the crime he breached several conditions on his Release Order. Krischan
