On November 16th, 2024, Police attended to a residence on Westaway Bay as
Judson COLON was causing a disturbance. Upon Police arrival COLON was
aggressive and would not follow police direction and was subsequently arrested.
While COLON was being escorted to the police cruiser, he spat on police. Judon
COLON was charged and released, however has failed to attend court and his

On January 4th, 2024, Mitchell EAGLE was operating a vehicle and involved in an
accident on Queens Crescent. EAGLE fled the scene and was arrested shortly after
by police. EAGLE was intoxicated at the time and provided breath samples
showing his blood alcohol levels double the legal limit. EAGLE was later released,
however; has failed to attend court. Mitchell EAGLE’s whereabouts are unknown

On April 18th, 2024, Julian BRANDON was arrested and released for assaulting a
security officer after punching him in the face inside a business located in the 100
block of 7 th Street. BRANDON was also arrested and released prior to this incident
in February, for Possession of a Weapon and Carry a Concealed Weapon as he was
in possession of a machete inside a Brandon business. Julian BRANDON’s

On June 20th, 2024, police responded to a residential Break & Enter in progress
located in the 1500 block of 26 th Street. Police located Trinity ANTOINE
attempting to leave the area in a cab with stolen merchandise taken from the
residence. ANTOINE was arrested and found to be in possession of mace.
ANTOINE was release, however, has failed to attend court to answer to the
