Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon x1,
Carry Concealed Weapon x1, Possession of Dangerous
Weapon x2, and Failure to Comply Release Order x4

COOK is a 24-year-old male who has numerous pending charges.
Due to these incidents, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
