Smoke-Moar is currently subject to a court order and has failed to comply
with its conditions. Since October 9, 2025, he has not reported to the
Provincial Director or their designate, and he has also failed to attend for

required fingerprinting.

As a result of these violations, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
