On August 22nd, 2024, Melvin MOUSSEAU broke into a residence located on 12 Street North
and lit a pile of clothes on fire inside the front door. MOUSSEAU was located at the residence,
arrested and released, however has failed to attend court, therefore a warrant of arrest has been
issued for Melvin MOUSSEAU.
